Why do you charge a fee per message?

It pays for the servers, delivery tracking and reports, and for WhatsApp and email support on every plan, with call support from Pro. Service messages carry ₹0 fee.

All-inclusive or pay Meta directly: which is cheaper?

Neither. The price is the same, so choose whichever billing is easier for you.

Can I keep using WhatsApp on my phone?

Yes. Co-existence runs the WhatsApp app and WaBM on the same number.

Do failed messages cost anything?

No. Credits are deducted only on delivery.

Is there a free trial?
