RCS runs on Google's rails, not Meta's, so it is billed separately from your WhatsApp credits. Available for Indian businesses, managed by us end to end. There is a platform fee for the channel, and the per-message rate is set by the size of your recharge, so a bigger top-up moves you down the ladder.

Rates are per message, delivered to India, and are charged on top of the platform fee above. Multimedia covers images, rich cards and carousels. Customer replies are the messages your customer sends back to you. Onboarding and brand verification is a one-time cost, currently On request.
Nothing changes on your WhatsApp plan or number: RCS is billed on top, and only if you use it.
Google sets the sending frequency: on a standard quality rating you can send up to 2 messages per phone number in 28 days, and up to 4 on a good rating.
